Our history

Roadoo was officially launched in September 2016 on the basis of two observations:

  • 70% of sales representatives often quickly feel excluded from the usual incentive systems and are not very concerned by the activities offered.

  • 56% of sales managers’ time is spent on their administration. The implementation of an incentive is therefore often considered time-consuming. Between the creation, monitoring and management of rewards, the time spent is not always profitable.

However, the subject is essential because it has a direct impact on companies’ results.

Our mission statement

Roadoo Network facilitates the implementation and optimizes incentive actions in companies.
The aim is to obtain a higher commitment from sales representatives that will directly influence an increase in performance.
